Nage Practice
Ok, so this may seem tame to experienced throwees but it was a first for me!
Cool! That's why I could never do Judo though.... just the thought of being thrown like that terrifies me! I know I'd forget to breakfall and end up breaking a limb instead! LOL.

Sue, believe me-I'd much rather have mats so I must be soft too! It is useful to train on mats to give you a bit of initial confidence, but as we don't have any...! (In fact I've rarely seen Shorinji Kempo dojos with mats).
Errr...Call me soft but where was the mat?
