BJJ
Here is a video of a student and his BJJ teacher 'sparring'. What's interesting in this video is the cool way in which the teacher and student work through ideas and attempt different locks, all seemingly calm and aware of what's happening. See if you can work out which is the BJJ teacher!
BJJ is fairly popular these days due to its integration in mixed martial arts training.
Enjoyed watching this video. The more experience I get on the mat, the more I am becoming aware that relaxing is the key. You conserve your energy, and your techniques just flow when you stay relaxed. These two are experts at it, just having fun rolling.
This softness, no-panic, breathing seems an important aspect of training. Even in striking arts it's still important to remain relaxed which helps fluid movement and interaction with your opponent.
